Where are the brands, I can’t find them in the grocery lists?
Brands are only reachable through the grocery search since the large number of items would add unnecessary clutter to the grocery browser. You can also deactivate brands completely in the advanced settings.

I deactivated the standard Groceries in the advance settings but they still appear as search results!
This setting only hides the standard groceries in the grocery browser. A future update will clarify this setting.

Can I add my own aisles and units?
Yes.

Can I share my shopping list with other people, or send it by email?
Sending shopping lists by mail is possible since version 2.0. A automatic sharing through MobileMe or standard WebDAV is currently in the works.

Will future updates to the grocery database screw up my own items?
Nope.

When will I receive my serial number?
Your license key will be delivered within 24 hours.

My serial number is not working!
Make sure you’re always using the latest version of CoverSutra. On Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger this is version 1.2.1, on Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard it should be version 2.0 or higher.

I’m using the latest version but my serial does not work!
You might have a legacy serial number if you bought CoverSutra before january 2008. In this case you should have received a serial that ends with CSSS by email. Please contact us with your current serial number if you never received that mail. Do also make sure that your ISP doesn’t block email addresses from sophiestication.com.
