I’m proud to announce the immediate release of Groceries for the iPhone and iPod touch.
There’s nothing worse than getting home from the grocery store and suddenly realizing you forgot something you needed. For those of us who aren’t accustomed to making lists, it happens frequently. Paper and pen are so passé, though. Groceries aims to remedy the problem by easily allowing users to make grocery lists using a huge database of name brand and generic products.
More information about Groceries can be found on the product page, or directly
on the App Store.
Looks like a great app! I’m going to give it a try. A suggestion for a future version – allow users to send lists to each other. So if the wife wants me to stop by the store on the way home she could send me her list. Plus that way you’d sell 2 copies! :-)
Just got the upgrade to Groceries. Absolutely great. Have a suggestion for you. I now have a list for each supermarket I might use with all the aisles in order. When i looked at the shopping lists it only applies to the shop concerned. Can i recommend that your groceries list is independent of the supermarket list and then when you decide which one you are going to it puts the groceries required onto that list. if you then don’t get all your groceries at that supermarket it could then return this information to the grocery list to be added to until your next shopping expedition.
Keep up the brilliant work
I tried to upgrade from Groceries 1.0 – 2.0. The application appeared to load, but is not working correctly. I see the new screens, but clicking on the mail envelope does nothing. Overall the app is now unstable.
On a positive note, my friend purchaes Groceries 2.0 yesterday and has no issues.
It appears there is something wrong with the upgrade pack, but fresh installs of 2.0 work fine.
Email function stopped working!

(installed today)
Help, please?
